Grundsatz des StruPa's
Alle Mitstreiter*innen werden gleichberechtigt behandelt und wir agieren basisdemokratisch.
Das Strukturpapier (StruPa) soll Aktivismus fördern und adhokratisch organisiert sein. Folgende Ziele werden verfolgt:
(1) Schaffung einer funktionierenden, möglichst viele Facetten der Bewegung widerspiegelnden Struktur
(Diversität).
(2) Unterstützung aller Aktivistis und Verschaffung von Möglichkeiten für sie, ihre Stimme zu äußern (Empowerment).
(3) Förderung aller Aktivistis bei der langfristigen und problemfreien Ausübung ihres Aktivismus (nachhaltiger Aktivismus).
